With over two decades in aesthetics and 13 years as a Physician Associate, Nicole Malfitano, PA-C, has cultivated an approach informed by international training, advanced clinical expertise, and mentorship under some of New York City’s most respected dermatologists. She earned her degree from Mercy College and has continued to refine her skills alongside leading voices in the industry, including Nicola Lowery, Arthur Swift, Julie Horne, Gab Major, Thuy Doan, and Shelby Miller, to name a few.
Nicole began her career with a strong foundation in medical and aesthetic dermatology, developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans utilizing advanced skincare, chemical peels, and energy-based devices. As the aesthetics industry evolved, she found her true focus in cosmetic medicine, where she has spent years honing her expertise in minimally invasive procedures and refining both her technical precision and artistic eye.
Her work is guided by the belief that exceptional aesthetic outcomes require both precision and restraint. She understands that there are no standardized formulas or shortcuts in facial balancing; only thoughtful, tailored approaches that enhance each patient’s unique features.
Integrating science, artistry, and individualized care, Nicole is recognized for natural, elegant results and a deeply personalized patient experience.
